Your Question

Q:

Should I use mouthwash with my Braces? How many times a day?

Answer

A:

Yes you should, for many reasons: it cleans, disinfects, and protects the teeth (when the mouthwash solution contains fluoride)

How many times a day?

At least once a day, or if you just love the freshness feeling, then you can rinse after each meal.

Don’t over do it as it might be the reason of having canker sores (not cancer, relax). If it happens, just reduce the frequency or stop rinsing for a few days, until the ulcers disappear.
